UN will review Dominican ruling on citizenship

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) -- U.N. officials say an "exhaustive study" will be undertaken to determine whether a Dominican Republic court decision to strip citizenship from children of Haitian migrants violates international treaties.
